To make the training as efficient as possible, you should perform the tests. They measure your knowledge before, during and after the training.
The Pre-test should be performed before training commences, to assess the knowledge and skills you already possess. The Pre-test will normally contain about 40 questions dependent on the number of topics and size of the course. The selection of questions for the Pre-test is the same for all users and will not change if the test is repeated. The Pre-test should normally only be performed once before training starts. It is important that you only answer the question you master and do not try to guess the correct answer. When the test is completed a check mark is shown in front of the main topics where you have passed the required target, default set to 75%. You could choose to skip training for those topics. If a topic is not marked with a check mark, you should study it carefully. The results of the Pre-test can thus be used as a personal study plan.
A Topic test can be performed after each main topic. The purpose of the topic test is to assess if you have acquired enough knowledge and skills to continue to the next topic. In the topic test you can view the correct answer if you wish, after your answer is given. The topic test will contain different number of question dependent on the size of the topic. The questions are chosen arbitrary from a pool of questions.
The Final test can be performed after training is completed, to assess the newly acquired knowledge and if desired compare it with the Pre-test. This will produce a personal competence profile that informs about how effective the training has been. This test includes all topics and assess your knowledge on different levels. The Final test has the same number of questions as the Pre-test, but the questions are chosen arbitrary from a pool of about 200 questions. You will pass the Final test if you score above the required target, default set to 75% in average for the complete set. When passed you will get the option to print out a Course Certificate. If you perform the Final test more than once the last saved result will be recorded.
